ACF Greenhouses Ordering and Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (see below for exceptions), just notify us within 30 days from the date you receive your order (After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies). We will happily refund the purchase price of your item(s) or exchange the item(s), as you wish. Shipping charges are not refundable, and COD packages are not accepted. Damaged or missing items noticed upon delivery should be reported promptly and will be replaced at our expense. Returned products must be in original condition (This means clean and dry with original packaging material, manuals, plus all other accessories provided by the manufacturer, and gas heaters must not have been installed). Returned items not in original condition may be assessed a restocking fee or refused. Heater parts listed on this site can be returned but must be unused and in original packaging to be accepted. Customers will be charged the return shipping cost for refused or undeliverable packages which have not been damaged. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds.
Free Shipping Items
Products with Free Shipping: Any returned item with free shipping (except Cross Country greenhouses) will be charged up to 25% of the item's price to cover the shipping and handling costs incurred by us.
Special Order & Custom Items
Cross Country Greenhouses: These are custom made for each customer and are guaranteed to be as advertised and free from defects. Cross Country greenhouse orders canceled more than 7 days after they were ordered may incur up to a 25% fee to compensate for labor and materials invested in the greenhouse. Due to their custom nature, returns will not be accepted.
Special Order Heaters & Parts: Heaters that are shipped factory direct may incur up to a 25% restocking fee if canceled more than 7 days after ordering. We have a no return policy for heaters ordered with upgraded equipment like high altitude setup, stainless steel exchanger, 2 stage valve, etc. and heater parts that are special order.
Grow Light Order Restrictions:
Lights will only be shipped to the credit card billing address or a verified alternate shipping address. Alternate shipping addresses can easily be added to most credit card accounts by calling the phone number on the back of the credit card.
Custom cut plastic and shade covers are guaranteed to be as advertised and can only be exchanged for the same item if damaged.
How to Return an Item
To return a product, you will need to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by doing one of the following.
Email Help@acfgreenhouses.com and include: your name, invoice #, and reason for returning the item.
Call 1-888-888-9050, and press 1 for a customer service representative to help you with your return.
A customer service representative will give you a RMA number to be placed on your package(s).
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
ACF Greenhouses is not liable for consequential or other damages including but not limited to personal injury, damage, loss, or any other expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products we offer either separately or in combination with other products. We assume no responsibility for failure due to improper installation. All other warranties expressed or implied, whether oral or written, including but not limited to warranties for fitness or merchantability for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.
