If you depend on a Bayliss opener for cooling, ALWAYS have a spare power tube on hand. They all wear out eventually. Don't try to change it without removing the opener from the greenhouse. Been there, done that.

We bought our Growing Spaces Growing Dome in 2015 and the Bayliss automatic air vents performed effectively year-round until this past April. Our late icy Spring was followed by about five days of record-breaking heat found the vents laboring to open. We tried heating the cylinders to no avail. The replacement cylinders were in stock at ACF and arrived in time to provide the much needed automatic cross ventilation. Thanks ACF for carrying Bayliss replacement parts.
