Keeping my greenhouse warm

I have been using this heater in my Grow More 10' x 13' greenhouse for several months, and the temperature had dipped into the lower 20s outside a number of times. The greenhouse temperature has been maintaining around 60 (where I currently want it to be) without any problem. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.


This heater is about useless. The fan is does a good job circulating and the thermostat works which concludes the pros. The heating element could not maintain a 10×10 greenhouses temperature.

ACF Greenhouses: I'm sorry you are not satisifed with the heater and are welcome to return it for a refund. We highly recommend using our Heater Size Calculator before purchasing a heater for your greenhouse. It is easy to underestimate the amount of heat needed for a greenhouse because it has so much less insulation than structures like a home or garage.

Got the 240 Volt unit and installed independent line for it. Works very well indeed. Throws the air a long distance without being too forceful. On-board T-static switch works as it should. Of course greenhouses don't have much insulation, so am resigned to the fact that I may have to add another when the Winter really sets in. Only downside is that edges of stainless housing are sharp. They should edge treat the steel at the factory.
