Purchased HD100. Installed this in a 24X32 garage with 14’6” ceiling. Installed on the ceiling and wired with some help from my friend. Had the gas company install the stainless steel wall ventilation kit, gas line and tank (100) gal. Have only had it on since the afternoon of 12/6 and all of 12/7. Installed a Honeywell WiFi thermostat today. Syncs with the App I already have for the house thermostat. So far I am really liking this unit. I will update later. ACF greenhouses was very quick to ship. Everything was in perfect condition. Thank you for a great product and service.

Kit came with everything I needed. order was shipped quickly and I received in two days.

Shipment came within three days, intact; installed easily, high quality SS, part tolerancing made for an easy flexible, positive, fully sealed integration, works well.

On the slightly negative side, thimble not well designed (as other thimbles are) for installation with vinyl siding. Had to build it out 3/4' with PT plywood to fit nicely w/ j-channel. ACF customer service engineer provided that idea which worked out well. Thanks for that. I don't love the notches on the thimble where the tabs are bent as it doesn't make for an elegant design and requires a bit of caulk to seal, otherwise no real complaints.

 

Good product, instructions were helpful, stainless materials should last a long time.
