Exhaust / Intake Shutter Motors

The motor worked exactly as expected. Because I didn't purchase the 12" louver from ACF Greenhouses, I had to manually drill a hole to attach the motor. I would have been a lot easier to purchase the louver and motor together - knowing that they're compatible out-of-the-box.

I used one for one year so far, it is hooked up to a thermostat along with a shuttered exhaust fan. It works perfectly.

Installed in a Dayton 12” louver works great. Now I can get the louver to open fully compared to the wax opener that open with temperature increase.
If you need louver to open fully at a lower temperature this is what you want.

Will be definitely be using ACF Greenhouses for my greenhouse parts and supplies. Had some trouble wiring in a replacement shutter motor and they were there to help. The customer service is excellent.

This is a nice system when used in combination with a temperature controller. It opens and closes the greenhouse shutters nicely. It is spring return, so if power is lost, it automatically closes the shutter.
