240v Electric Heater with 24v Controls

Heater does its job keeping my tropical plants warm on these extremely cold nights.

I purchased this with the thermostat kit to heat a 160 sq. ft shed that has an attached greenhouse. The thermostat kit was very straightforward and the instructions were very clear and simple. It's nice to set a temp on the thermostat and have it held within a couple of degrees. It's had no problem keeping the shed above 55 degrees even with temps dipping below 20 degrees this winter. If you can't do the electrical wiring yourself then you'll need an electrician to install a 240 volt plug. Very pleased with it so far.

I am growing tropical plants in US Zone 8 in my greenhouse. I bought this heater to keep my greenhouse above 50F. It works beautifully. No matter what the temperature is outside my greenhouse temperature is perfect. Very pleased with this heater.

This heater works well in a 10’ x 13’ greenhouse. It can get temps to 85 degrees for seed germination, even with outside temps near freezing.
The accessory thermostat seems to be accurate.
I can only give it 4 stars because I haven’t owned it long enough to know how durable it will be.

I originally tried to use the heater without this external thermostat but it was erratic and hard to control the temperature in the greenhouse. After adding this thermostat, it has been “set it and forget it”, the temperature stays within a two degree F range through the cold nights.
It was easy to install and the directions sent with the thermostat were easy to follow.
